A course that we have prepared for people who are limited in time and availability, being a semi-intensive program of 6 to 8 sessions of theory and practice. This course will be held in Mexico City, in the Popular Rastro neighborhood belonging to the Venustiano Carranza Delegation.

Basic divingis taught in adequate facilities that specifically have the space and equipment necessary for teaching diving, allowing diving practice to be carried out without problems or inconveniences.
During all sessions, practical and theoretical classes will be given with autonomous equipment or SCUBA which consists of a tank, vest and regulator.

It is a course based on programs that demonstrate their efficiency and we constantly update ourselves to be up to date with all the latest developments and to be able to give you the basics of what good diving is. We have the necessary equipment and audiovisual material. to optimize the course and have the most useful information.

A good way for you to start with this exciting activity, come and start recreational diving.

Weekday sessions take place at times starting at 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. We recommend especially considering weekends, whether Saturdays or Sundays (or both) because it is more comfortable and travel is minimized even for remote sites.
