It is a 3 hour experience that will give you contact with this fascinating activity, learning the most basic diving techniques in a practical way, using all the autonomous equipment or SCUBA .

The activity is led by expert instructors whose main objective is to teach you the necessary knowledge to safely submerge yourself in the water.

First we give you a 1 hour talk supported by audiovisual material to explain the theoretical part. Next we go into the pool and the instructorsfor 2 hours will teach you how to use the equipment, how to do a dive and how to move underwater.
