The activity has a total duration of 3 hours with 1 hour of theory and 2 hours of practice in the pool.

Try the sensation of weightlessness for the first time, within excellent facilities in different parts of Mexico City (South, North and near the Center). It is a 3 hour experience that will give you contact with this fascinating activity, learning the most basic diving techniques in a practical way, using all the autonomous equipment or SCUBA .

The activity is led by expert instructors whose main objective is to teach you the necessary knowledge to safely submerge yourself in the water.

First we give you a 1 hour talk supported by audiovisual material to explain the theoretical part. Next we go into the pool and the instructorsfor 2 hours will teach you how to use the equipment, how to do a dive and how to move underwater.
