8 weeks (Two months):
- 8 weeks with free diving practices and SCUBA equipment for 2 hours per session
- 9 weeks with theoretical sessions of 2 hours per session
There is always the possibility of making up for practical or theoretical sessions in case of absences
Estimated total:18 hours of theory; 16 hours of free diving and scuba diving practices (SCUBA)

The Basic Diving Course allows you to master the techniques of recreational diving with autonomous equipment, it allows you to learn about the physical and physiological changes that occur in your body when entering the underwater environment .
In addition, it enables you to efficiently handle your basic equipment and the autonomous SCUBA equipment to carry out safe and pleasant dives.
With your license or international certification you can dive and rent equipment anywhere in the world.
What does the activity include
- Course manual with audiovisual materials
- Submersible diving table (Dive Planner)
- Diving log
- Loan of basic equipment (fins, visor, snorkel and ballast)
- Use of autonomous equipment (tank, regulator with instruments and compensatory vest)
- Diving insurance during the course (including outings).

Weekends:
Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (theory), 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (pool) at "Tlalli" Tlalli Aquatic Center, Tlalnepantla, Edo. Mex.
Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (theory), 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (pool) at "Plutarco" Plutarco Elías Calles Aquatic Center, Del. Venustiano Carranza, D.F.
Tuesday (theory) and Thursday (swimming pool) from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Pool of the "Benito Juárez Sports Center", Antonio Rodríguez No. 94, esq. Fernando Montes de Oca, San Simón Ticumac neighborhood.
