It will be an activity of about 4 hours in which you will be able to learn all the diving techniques in a simple and safe way. You will begin with some basic exercises in a pool or open confined water, where you will come into contact with the aquatic environment and with some basic notions about this sport.
You will always be accompanied by one of our expert diving instructors who will be in charge of teaching you all the concepts and safety measures that you will need to learn to be in the water. Afterwards, you will finally dive into the sea, and among the waters of the Atlantic you will be able to swim and immerse yourself in the beautiful depths.
You can go alone or accompanied, and the children must be over 10 years old, and you will have fun on this fantastic adventure that you will all love. We will provide you with all the necessary diving equipment (goggles, fins, vest, regulator and air bottle, etc.).
