This activity should be done by everyone, since it is a first aid course that will take place on the Costa Teguise, in Lanzarote, a paradisiacal setting in which You will not only be able to learn basic notions of resuscitation but also enjoy the landscape and beaches that surround you.

This is a course in which you can acquire knowledge about immediate assistance techniques in the event of an accident, such as performing CPR, oxygen administration, automated defibrillation, etc. all of them oriented for all people, children and adults, and for any type of situation.

This course will serve as a basis for later starting the rescue diver course in Lanzarote, so if you want to specialize later, you must first take first aid and thus learn the bases on which the rescue diver course will be based.
It will be a course that will last approximately 6 hours, where you will receive theoretical and practical classes taught by one of our specialized monitors, in addition to having all the necessary materials to carry out the course.
