If you are wondering what this refresher course consists of as well as wondering how it is possible that you have lost practice diving, this course is for you!

What does it consist of? This course is a refresher course and that is why we bring you back to the water and in the company of the divemaster, who for two or three hours will be helping you with the theoretical basis, such as with training in outdoor waters, as well as diving, which will be voluntary.

The purpose of this course is for you to regain the comfort with which you practiced this aquatic activity and continue practicing it in one of the 35 diving places that we have in Lanzarote, so that you don't forget it again!

As these are reminder classes, it is necessary that you already have some diving certificate, as well as another doctor that assures us of your good physical condition.
