If there is a sports modality that is gaining entire followers, it is Apnea. Therefore, we are waiting for you in Lanzarote so that you can start an activity that offers you absolute freedom underwater.

This baptism or basic level will allow you to know your limits and sensations about freediving at great depths. For 4 hours and with the help of the best professional instructors you will learn the initiation techniques from a practical point of view, reaching a maximum depth of 5 meters.

To do this, we provide you with all the necessary materials, such as the mask, snorkel, neoprene and fins. Let's ignore that this baptism is aimed at all types of audiences, with the only requirements being to be over 10 years of age, know how to swim and have a medical declaration that certifies that you are in an optimal state to carry out the activity.

In addition, once we finish we will give you a diploma that justifies your SSI Apnea experience. Later, if you liked the activity, you can take higher courses to expand your level.
