Based at Holborough Lakes, in Snodland, Kent, our 1-day course will give you all the necessary tools to handle most emergency scenarios, at sea or during everyday life.

Participants on the course will learn first aid fundamentals and CPR, being able to practice acquired skills in a non-stressful learning environment, consisting of predominantly theory review sessions. What's more, you'll build confidence so as to tackle any unforeseen situation, wherever it is.

Please note, this course is intended for both divers and non-divers.

All equipment is fully provided, and the diving centre also sports heated changing rooms to provide comfort for all.
