The experience is divided into two parts, the first will be the theoretical part in which we will show you what is necessary to be able to carry out your first experience in the pool. We will give you a talk that will be given in a classroom, in which we will explain how to use the equipment and what is necessary to be able to dive, as well as the use of each element of the equipment. You will also be able to learn the safety rules.
The second part will be taken in the pool accompanied by an instructor, where you will reaffirm the knowledge acquired, feel the weightlessness once you have put on all the diving equipment and enjoy your class. Before entering the water, you will try on your suit and equipment as everything has to be suitable for you. After this, trust yourself and the skill you will have underwater.
As you can see, it is not necessary to go to a beach or a lake to be able to get into this water sport, you will do it in the State of Mexico.
