Diving baptism in La Restinga PADI certification

Your first adventure in the underwater world finally arrives in La Restinga with this magnificent program from the number 1 certification company in the world of diving, PADI.

This is the official baptism where you will have the opportunity to test your skills underwater, always in a fun and safe way designed for those who have just started in this modality. You will begin by becoming familiar with the diving equipment and the environment to know its characteristics, you will know how to identify and use each part of the material until it becomes an extension of yourself underwater. Once you get used to it, breathing below the surface becomes a natural process that you won't even realize. This is how we will do it:

- We will dedicate a small part of the class to theory to prepare you before going to the water.
- Inside the sea we will do a total of 4 very simple exercises.
- We will take a guided underwater tour at less than 12 meters deep.

Best of all, you will get a certification valid for 1 year to dive to a depth of up to 12 meters as long as you are accompanied by a certified assistant. You can use it anywhere in the world by hiring the appropriate immersion that the center makes available to you without having to do another baptism.
