Do you want to discover theunderwater world? It's the perfect time for you to do it with us. You will do it through a baptism of diving. This is the first experience of this aquatic world! You will be accompanied at all times by a diving instructor who will take you to discover the Galician seabed.

This experience will begin once you arrive at our diving center, where we will give you the necessary equipment to carry out the activity. When you are already dressed, and with your diving equipment prepared, we will proceed to carry out the pre-dive briefing. Where we will explain everything necessary to carry out the activity in a comfortable and safe way.

Once prepared, we will embark to go to the diving point that has the best conditions to carry out the activity. It is usually a walk along the estuary, where we can often spot dolphins!

We will arrive at the diving point, where we will equip you and take the step... We will enter the water! An instructor will accompany you so that you feel as comfortable as possible. And the time has come! It's time to enjoy: we will carry out the baptism of diving which will last between 25 and 45 minutes. The perfect time to have your underwater contact with the team and see all kinds of of fauna and flora such as rays, cuttlefish, octopuses, scorpionfish, lorchos, pintos, maragotas, bass, pipefish, corals, spirographs...
