Your lesson will take place in the wonderful commune of Argeles sur Mer, located in the Pyrénées-Orientales. In the heart of the Occitanie region and located on the Mediterranean coast, this seaside resort delights vacationers every year. This French commune is located at the foot of the Albères massif, which offers it a perfect geographical position and an exceptional setting.
For this private catamaran lesson, we will meet you in Argelès-sur-Mer. Once you arrive on site, you will meet our team who will welcome you in a warm and professional atmosphere. One of our instructors will brief you, give you your equipment and you will then both set off on the sand towards the boats.
After having shown and taught you how to launch a catamaran, you will set sail in the company of your instructor. During the session, your teacher will give you the basics necessary to practice catamaran riding. You will learn maneuvers and safety on board, while discovering the culture of the nautical environment and sailing. In addition, you will sail on turquoise water with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Once the course is over, you will return to dry land where you can debrief with your instructor on this first navigation lesson.

- It is necessary to be able to fully immerse yourself in water and to know how to swim at least 25 meters.
