Thanks to this course you will have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of sailing, learn maneuvering techniques and have fun immersed in the heavenly Lake Como!
This beginners course will be carried out on one of our most beautiful boats, the Bahia, the Pico and the RS Quest. Our instructors will guide you step by step to discover this world, making you live a truly unique experience.
The course will take place over 2 days with 2 lessons of 2 hours each for a total of 4. The theory of sailing, the boat rigging, the different speeds, the helmsman role, the role of the helmsman will be explained to you. bowman, the tack, the jibe, the capsizing tests, the safety rules and you will be introduced to meteorology to understand the winds and when the best conditions for sailing are.
The practical lessons will be carried out with one of our professionals and then there will be a simulation where you can put into practice everything you have learned in the previous lessons.
The expected wind for beginner lessons is 1-4m/s.
