It is, so to speak, an initiation course, aimed at those who have never practiced this sport or who have practiced it in ancient times and want to get closer to this practice.
The course will begin on Saturday morning and will continue during 4 lessons of 2/3 hours each until Sunday evening.
In these 4 theoretical and practical lessons, carried out together with the instructor on the legendary Trident 16', a dinghy which can accommodate a crew of five people, the instructor will teach you, in complete safety, what are the fundamental maneuvers for autonomously bringing a small boat to sailing.
A little theory developed on land will give you knowledge of how a sailing boat is made and what equipment it has and why it moves.
At sea you will take turns experimenting with how the boat reacts to the helm, how the sails are trimmed and what pace to take.
You will be able to discover why the boat magically moves in the liquid element going up the wind.
What does the activity include
