It is 5 days of sailing, in which you will carry out different activities related to this sport during half a day, so that you advance, and acquire knowledge in this nautical discipline, the time you have fun and have a great time with friends and colleagues.
We carry out the activity inSanta Polaon Gola beach. In this enclave you can do this sport accompanied at all times by a specialized monitor who will explain everything necessary to carry out the activity and the use of the technical material necessary to carry it out. , which we will provide you.
You will enjoy practicing Sailing, since it is a team sport, in which you will all work together to get the boat on the desired course.
During the development of the activity, in the following days, the students go through the different control stations of the boat, from handling the sails to mastering the rudder.
The instructor will always be present on the boat to guide and advise the students. They will also learn nautical terminology and understand the effect of the wind on the sails.
