You can choose the one you prefer between the 2 available routes, both safe and suitable for everyone, one of which is less rapid and includes a swimming stop at a rocky spring to taste the water that flows directly from the natural spring, while the second is faster and more fun which includes a stop at a natural springboard from which you can launch yourself directly into the Horn.
Go to the rafting center of Ponte Santa Lucia at least an hour before to get ready and don't forget to bring with you a swimsuit, a towel and a pair of slippers.
