You will need half of your day to paddle as a team. This white water rafting session is suitable for groups of +6 people. We also welcome children +8 years old! We don't require to be in perfect shape however, we recommend having good physical and mental health.

We provide everything you need to enjoy. You only need to worry about bringing a swimsuit to use under the wetsuit, a pair of old trainers, a towel and an extra change of clothing. We guarantee you this is the adrenaline dose you need!
