In the heart of the Pollino National Park, in Calabria, there is the Lao River, where you can try a fun route of 6 kilometers , where you will travel the first 3 along the river, aboard a single-seater boat, the packraft, admiring the landscape around you, accompanied by the sound of the water and the fauna of the area .
Once this first part is finished there will be a short stop for a quick snack and then you can resume the walk and cover the remaining 3 km on foot, with a trekking route where you will be completely surrounded by nature.
You will start with an introductory briefing, where you will be given further details about the route and what you can see and, subsequently, you will be provided with the necessary equipment which includes protective helmet and buoyancy aid.
