The meeting point is at 9:00 am at Laino Borgo, where our expert rafting instructors will give you all the equipment necessary to carry out the activity in total safety: jacket life jacket, safety helmet and wetsuit, as well as the paddle!
You will need to show up for this raftingtrip with aswimsuit and appropriate shoes, as well as comfortable sneakers.
Once you've put on your wetsuit, it's time to enjoy the adventure! You will board our dinghies and begin to descend the rapids of the Lao river, accompanied by an instructor.
This rafting route is suitable for everyone, even those experiencing it for the first time, immersed in the splendid nature of this area of Calabria.
