Do you want to discover the region alone or in pairs without getting tired and while having fun? This quad outing which combines tourism and leisure is made for you!
Departing from Avignon, 40 minutes from Nîmes and 1h30 from Aix-en-Provence, you will travel the roads of the department in complete autonomy behind the wheel of this all-terrain vehicle for around a hundred kilometers, for approximately seven hours.
The recommended route allows you to see the major sites of the region, such as the superb ramparts of the City of the Popes and the Isle of Barthelasse, from which you have a breathtaking view of the Palais des Papes, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, and the famous Avignon Bridge.
You can also cross the Rhône to travel the roads of the Gard and go to Châteauneuf-du-pape, a local village famous for its grape variety, located 30 minutes north of Avignon. You can drive through the middle of its 3,000 hectares of vineyards and see the ruins of the medieval castle which overlooks the town.
Ideally located between Provence and the Cévennes, the region offers a multitude of sites to discover thanks to the richness of its cultural and historical heritage. Its emblematic villages of character in the south of France and its landscapes offer a panorama of unparalleled beauty, which you will have the chance to see pass by at the wheel of your quad!
Upon your arrival in Avignon, the instructor will provide you with the necessary equipment for this activity, namely a helmet, a hatand a pair of gloves. He will introduce you to driving the quad, which is very intuitive, and will explain the safety instructions.
Once ready, you will set off for an unusual day of tourism in Vaucluse!
The B permit is required for this activity. A deposit must be deposited upon arrival. You are also asked to present identification and proof of address.
