Our meeting point will be Moinho do Leitao, from where we will begin our route, first spotting the traditional windmill. We will continue our walk through the rural streets of the municipality of Paderne, accompanied at all times by one of our experienced guides, who will give us brief explanations about the curiosities of the emblematic places where we stop.
We continue with a stop at the 12th century castle of Paderne, where we can take photos and stop to observe the views of the entire Algarve that this high altitude place offers us. We will head to the mountains where we will live an experience full of emotions, perfect for releasing all the accumulated adrenaline.
A total of 60 kilometers of route completed in 4 hours, which will take us to nearby places such as the town of Alte, listed as one of the most beautiful in the entire Algarve. There, in addition to being able to enjoy the tranquility of the natural environment, we can enjoy a delicious local Piri Piri chicken lunch, which will give us a boost of energy to continue the route.
On the way back to Paderne, we will pass through the natural springs of Alte, where in summer we can cool off with a swim in its cold waters and enjoy La Font Grande and the Font Pequena, places worth visiting. A spectacular way to enjoy the Algarve area, will you join us?
