Paragliding is not considered an extreme sport, as it does not require great physical prowess or many years of experience behind it. Rather, it is an activity that will allow you to admire wonderful places from above and experience unique sensations: you will rise to a height of 650 meters thanks to a special harness, together with the pilot who will be close enough to communicate with you.
The landing point is the Park of the Roman amphitheatre: before starting, you will have to participate in an introductory briefing during which the instructor will give you the information that you will have to put into practice for the stability of theparaglidingand your safety. The entire activity is filmed with a video and photos that you can keep to relive these emotions at home with your friends.
For this flight it is essential to wear sports clothing and a jacket, as the flight speed is very high. Sunglasses are also important, to protect yourself from light and wind.
