Paragliding flight from Sta Cruz to La Arrábida

If you want to disconnect from the everyday worries that we all have in a different and fun way, try paragliding. We will fly over the Coast for 20 to 30 minutes, in the most ecological way possible, since these flightsare carried out without an engine so no type of fuel is used. What more could you ask for?

We will meet on the indicated day at Santa Cruz Beach, where you can enjoy the incredible terraces of fine sand and the turquoise waters that the Atlantic offers us. We tell you that between the emotion of the moment and the views... you won't fail to be surprised!

Before starting the activity, one of our instructors will give you a briefingin which he will explain the theoretical foundations that you must take into consideration when going paragliding.

If it's your first time doing this aerial activity, you don't have to worry about anything! Throughout the day of free flying you will be accompanied by one of our flight instructors, thus ensuring maximum safety throughout the activity.

During the half hour that you are flying with our pilot on the paraglider, you will see yourself flying over the most impressive natural landscapes of Portugal. and get rid of all accumulated tension and stress.

We will meet on the day you book this activity at Santa Cruz Beach, where one of our flight instructors will be waiting for you. Before starting the activity, he will give theoretical training in which he will explain the turns and movements that you can make so that the activity takes place in the safest way possible.

This day of free flight will be recorded on video, so that you will have a lifelong memory of this experience, being able to remember and teach your loved ones how you practice this aerial activity<. br/>
We will fly over the Arrábida Natural Park where we will be able to admire one of the most impressive natural areas of Sesimbra.
