How does it work?

The activity has a total duration of one hour and once booked, you will have to go to the take-off point in Norma, in the province of Latina, here you will meet our qualified and expert instructor, who will accompany you throughout your adventure.

Before taking the flight, however, you will be given a short theoretical briefing, so as to learn the safety rules and behaviors to follow during take-off, in flight and during landing.

Once you get past this little theoretical part, the fun comes! You will wear the necessary and professional paragliding equipment provided by us and you will be ready for your adventure. Wear comfortable and sporty clothes, so that you can fully enjoy the activity.

Step by step you will take flight, the instructor will be with you, you will climb gently into the clouds letting yourself be carried by the air currents.

From above you will be able to admire with amazement the landscapes characterized by the ancient village of Norma, in the heart of the archaeological park of ancient Norba, unique panoramas that range from the plains of the Agro Pontino to the Tyrrhenian Sea.

During the 15-20 minute flight, you will also fly over the beautiful areas of the Ninfa Oasis, these gardens are famous for being romantic and one of a kind, they are home to 1,300 botanical species and represent a real jewel.

The emerald green colors of nature contrast with the surrounding plain areas, dominated by the areas of crystal clear water of the lakes and the river that winds its way through the vegetation.
