This is a paragliding flight for two that we offer you. The latter is designed specially for couples, to help them discover new exceptional sensations. This is an ascent flight. The latter are done with an altitude difference of 600 to 800 m and at an altitude of 3000 m on average. It is also a thermal flight which requires good weather conditions and the heat of the sun. This is why this flight takes place in the morning, when the sun is out.
This open air flight will take place in Barrême, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, about thirty minutes from Castellane. You will therefore explore this wonderful area, with all its scenery and nature known in all the other regions ofFrance. It is a place which, in fact, attracts a multitude of visitors every year, thanks to its preserved natural sites, in particular the fabulous Gorges du Verdon.
On the day of the activity, you will meet the instructor at the location that you have previously agreed together. Once welcomed, you will be taken to the takeoff location with a 4×4 all-terrain vehicle. When you are there, a briefing will be given to you, to tell you about the progress of the flight, the safety instructions, then the methods of takeoff and landing. You will then fly away to experience a heartbreaking adventure with your partner.
Good to know:
- Your weight must not exceed 80 kg to do this activity.
- You can ask the state-certified instructor to do acrobatics and loops for an adrenaline rush.
- It is best that you wear warm clothes and bring sunglasses.

In the Alpes-de-Hautes-Provence department, you will fly over Barrême and Castellane, two magnificent towns in the region, the distance of which is only 30 minutes. They are home to extraordinary landscapes, where nature takes over and perfectly represents the region with its surprising richness and greenery.
The departure for this magical adventure is in Barrême, in a takeoff site where you will be taken by a 4x4 as a shuttle. A state-certified instructor will accompany you on your journey and give you his best advice so that you enjoy your adventure even more. After the welcome and the shuttle, once at the take-off site he will give you a briefing where he will discuss the security measures that you will follow , as well as some paragliding basics. He will help you equip and settle in, then fly with you to the skies of the region.
For 30 minutes and at an altitude of around 3000 m, you will experience free air flight, with all the emotions that accompany it. You will admirefascinating landscapes inaccessible from land. In addition, there is a good chance that you will be able to meet some birds and raptors from the region. The landing will take place very smoothly and you will be able to return with lots of memories, but also photos and videos illustrating your adventure.
Good to know:
- It is an ascent flight, which requires good weather conditions, as well as the presence of the heat of the sun. This flight therefore takes place in the mornings.
- The ideal weight for doing this activity does not exceed 85 kg.
- An aerobatic option is available on request, for an even more sensational flight, thanks to the acrobatics that your instructor will perform for you.
- Choose comfortable, warm clothing for this adventure.
