Take advantage of full day vives of var and the rapids and sequences that the river offered to you. More than 4 hours to be able to navigate alone or two on the chosen boat. Provided you are over 12 years old, you will be master of your boat or will simply accompany your friend or close, it is you who decide!
Do not forget to take with you: your swimsuit and closed shoes , a towel, enough to keep you hydrated and above all a picnic to regain strength (a break will be provided for this purpose).
This is a rather sporting activity , if you know how to swim , that you have good physical conditions and you are motivated to spend a fun day and fun , then this Aquatic adventure is for you!
DAY CONTROL:
- Your guide will welcome you to 5 minutes of Entrevaux , by the river to start your activity.
- After giving you the safety instructions to respect, the person in charge will explain and give advice concerning Navigation techniques .
- Once on the water, you can put your experience into practice as well as the techniques learned. Your guide will follow the activity closely since its own boat.
- A picnic break is planned, to allow you to take a break and especially to regain energies.
- Once the activity is finished, you can leave your head full of memories!
