The first day will be dedicated to touring the Mexiquillo natural park, where with the instruction of the guides we will walk through the rock gardens, having spectacular rock formations as the background of each photograph. One of the places you will like the most is when we enter the old tunnels where the train passed more than 6 decades ago.
We will reach the main house of the park, walking its surroundings to recognize a little and orient ourselves within the area. During these routes, the guides will tell us interesting facts about the geology and history of this great park in Durango. At lunch time, we will locate a special place near the waterfall to enjoy a country meal.
Finishing eating, it will be time to set up the tent houses and take advantage of the afternoon light. At night, we will all sit down together to have dinner, and then take a night walk through the stone garden, it will be a magical moment where the stars will accompany us during the tour.
For the second day and after breakfast, we will put on the rappelling equipment and we will go to the main waterfall to descend it. Get ready to descend from the heights while we admire the Sierra Madre de Durango. The guides will give us free time before lunch to explore the surroundings at our leisure.
After 6 in the afternoon we will be back to the city.
