Schedule of the activity:
- We are pleased to welcome you to our nautical base in Fréjus, where we have direct access to the Argens river.
- An instructor will welcome you and provide you with the equipment: waterproof container, paddles, life jacket, kayak and a map of your route.
- He will give you a briefing in order to recommend places, give you advice and tell you the safety rules.
- You will leave in your kayak for two hours of relaxation and discovery on the refreshing water of the Argens. Depending on the route chosen, you will have the opportunity to have access to the sea and to be able to swim and picnic. Ask the instructor for more information!
Good to know:
- Bring a comfortable outfit suited to the weather (t-shirt and shorts/windbreaker) and bring a bottle of water and a snack > is recommended for eating at the end of your activity.
- Remember to bring a hat/a cap, sunscreen, sunglasses and a >bath towel.
- Wearing closed shoes that support the feet is strongly recommended.
- You can be 3 in the kayak only if the third person is a child.
- You must be able to swim at least 25 meters and be able to put your head underwater to perform this activity.

- Bring suitable for the weather and comfortable as well as sunscreen, a hat/cap, sunglasses and a bath towel.
