Everyone can participate, even those who have no experience and children over the age of 14. Furthermore, they will provide you with the necessary material, including a life jacket and protective helmet, a wetsuit and neoprene socks.
For your part, we ask you to bring a swimsuit and a thermal t-shirt with you and to wear shoes or slippers that are suitable for getting wet.
