If you need a break from your daily routine, then our kayaking adventures are the perfect choice for you. Kayaking is one of those activities that fills you with all kinds of sensations at the same time - it's a relaxing experience for mind and body, but it's also a workout! Your brain will release endorphins throughout the activity, leaving you feeling new again.

These self-guided sessions take place in open-top kayaks, and are for people who have experience in this watersport. If you haven't had a go at kayaking before, we recommend that you take a beginner's session with us first.

In this session, you'll explore the River Thames as it winds its way through Kingston upon Thames. You'll follow a route that takes around 2 hours to complete, and takes you through beatiful scenery with every stoke of the paddle.

You'll start your session with a quick safety briefing. Our team will provide all the equipment, including the kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid and a map of the river. Then you can set off at your own pace!

The minimum age for participation is 18 years old. We guarantee that it's the perfect experience to take your mind off your responsibilities for a bit.
