It is not necessary to have experience in kayaks since before setting off, one of our instructors will give you a briefing with instructions on safety on board the kayak and recommendations for sailing in the Atlantic Ocean.
You won't have to worry about pushing the boats into the water either, the monitor will do it for you, just like when you return, since they will be waiting for you on the shore.
You will have at your disposal a life jacket, your respective paddle and the kayak itself. You choose your companion. As it is a quiet excursion, there will be no problem if the occupant is a child.
Yes, we recommend, even if you have already been inside it, go to the Benagil Cave and have at least thirty minutes to appreciate its wonders, bathe on the beach that is in its bowels or take multitude of photographs to remember.

One of the greatest natural attractions in the entire Algarve, along with the aforementioned cave, will transport you for a moment to the Ribadeo beach with its impossible marine architecture.
