During this activity, you will sail on the Ubaye, a torrential river well known for the practice of white water sports. A few years ago, it even hosted the French kayak championship!
Our structure is located in the village of Lauzet-Ubaye, at the entrance to the Ubaye valley. This valley is of glacial origin and overlooks many towns. This village is located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, at 910 meters above sea level.
We therefore invite you to meet us directly at our leisure base, in Lauzet-Ubaye. Here, you will be welcomed by our instructors who will brief you on the progress of your excursion. You will also benefit from a short briefing on navigation instructions and techniques as well as the safety rules to apply during your ride.
You will then leave on board your raftwith all the necessary safety equipment. This descent will be rich in sensations and you will have a laughing time guaranteed. Arriving halfway through the descent, we will offer you a snack as well as hot drinks during a short break. You will then board an air kayak, two inflatable boats still little known to the general public. You will finish the descent aboard the boat you have chosen and discover new sensations, as close as possible to the water.
When the activity comes to an end, you will return to our leisure base. Here you can share your impressions of this descent with our team and give them your equipment.
