You probably know traditional kayaking, but do you know air kayaking? If the answer is no, we will briefly explain the difference to you. Also called Air Boat, the air kayak is an inflatable boat with a self-bailing system. It features a foam bottom and straps to secure your legs and back. These last two characteristics will allow you to be very skilful in the water and for the most experienced, to perform figures!
For this activity, we will meet you in the village of Lauzet-Ubaye. We are located at the gates of the Ubaye valley, at 910 meters above sea level, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region >.
Once there, you will find our team in a warm and friendly environment. The latter will give you a short introductory session on navigation techniques and safety instructions.
Following this, you will set off on the river for 2 hours of navigation! During your activity, you will descend one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe: the Ubaye. It's a torrential river which crosses 14 municipalities: we might as well tell you that it's going to shake up! This activity will be rich in emotions, sensations, change of sceneryand rejuvenation!
Once the activity is over, we invite you to return to our leisure center to drop off your equipment and share your impressions with our instructors!

As efficient and light as a kayak, it allows you to descend rivers in complete safety and even perform acrobatic figures!
During this activity, you will descend one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe: the Ubaye. Taking its source at more than 2000 meters of altitude, this torrential river is particularly appreciated for the sustained rhythm of descent that it provides. It hosted, among other things, the French kayak championship a few years ago!
The meeting point is at the village of Lauzet-Ubaye, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Here you will be welcomed by our staff with whom you will make initial contact. You will benefit from a little training in safety rules and navigation methods before setting off! Once in the boat, you will set off for 3 hours of descent. On the program: new sensations, a change of scenery, recharge, fun and good humor! You will experience 3 hours outside of time where your only concern will be to have fun!
