We will meet you at our nautical activities base in Le Lauzet-Ubaye, less than an hour by car from Gap to participate in a rather unique sports session... in Kayak Raft.
Behind this curious name lies an intense and complete discipline. Indeed, we suggest that you equip yourself with a double paddle and climb aboard an inflatable kayak like you do in a kayak... and venture out on white water like in Rafting!
However, no need to worry about your safety: our boats are unsinkable and you will be equipped with a neoprene suit, a helmet > and a protective vest.
When you arrive on site, a certified instructor will prepare you for the upcoming session and teach you the procedure and safety rules.
It will then be time to arm yourself with courage and set off for an hour and a half adventure in white water! Guided by your instructor, you will then descend the turbulent Ubaye river for seven kilometers.
Good to know:
- Access to parking, changing rooms and a relaxation area to enjoy a moment of relaxation after your session!
What does the activity include
- Kayak raft equipment: neoprene wetsuit and shoes, helmet and safety vest, boat and double paddle.
- Welcome and briefing by a state-certified instructor.
