This fast race is made up of two phases, preceded by a briefing to correctly explain the safety regulations:

- Once the starting grid is prepared, you will race along 14 laps of the circuit.
*The 3 runners who cross the finish line first will go up to the podium so that we can give them the medals they have won.*(only applies to groups of more than 6 people).
The track on which you will run has a length of 422 meters, 2 curves to the right and 8 to the left. The minimum width of the circuit will be 8 meters.
