We understand that the activity lasts one hour and must meet the times, but we would not have cared to enjoy our rhythm, gaining confidence with the horse, and at the time, if necessary, turn us around to return at the scheduled time.
The place is beautiful and the experience could be wonderful, but my recommendation would be: to give a previous talk with clear instructions for all, especially for those who are beginners.
Show more empathy towards people without experience. Take advantage that there were three instructors to divide the group if necessary: some guiding the most experienced and others accompanying those who need to go more slowly, without pressing or putting their safety at risk.
