Not necessarily, but these places are usually found on some islands, where their formation was subject to extreme conditions.

If you go to Teide or the Cappadocia region, in Turkey, you'll know very well what I'm talking about, as both treasures a type of strange formations that teleport us to a parallel dimension. After visiting these places, it feels like a space-time journey of millions of light years, millions of kilometers has taken place.

This is precisely what we want to show, that there are more places where it is possible to have a similar impression. And you don't have to go to the other side of the world to do this. Above the Canary Islands there is another archipelago, belonging to Portugal, formed by the Madeira Island and Porto Santo . strong>.

Let's turn, in an imaginary way, to the second. And we will do it on the back of a wonderful equine, possibly the best possible companion when investigating the most hidden corners of a place. We want to tell you the story of a 60-minute horseback ride ideal for awakening the senses of the little ones in the house.

Firstly, because the protagonist is the horse and contact with him helps to generate confidence, gain self-esteem and learn to respect nature. And secondly, for the fundamental reason why we started this exhibition: to leave your mouth open as you discover the dune landscape that stretches across the middle of the island. We depart from our equestrian center, where, first of all, we will give you a helmet for individual use, the corresponding saddle and a horse staff. The only thing, it is advisable to wear sturdy sneakers or typical mountain boots, suitable clothing for the activity, strong pants not too rigid and, in summer or spring, even protective cream against the sun's rays.
