Madeira Dunes Horse Riding Route Child (5-12 Years)
General information
Deal overview
If you go to Teide or the area of Cappadocia, in Turkey, you will know very well what I am talking about since both treasure a type of formations strange ones that teleport us to a parallel dimension. After visiting these sites, it seems that a space-time journey to millions of light years, millions of kilometers has occurred.
That is precisely what we want to show you, that there are more locations where it is possible to experience a similar impression. And you don't need to go to the other end of the world to do so. Above the Canary Islands there is another archipelago, belonging to Portugal, formed by the island of Madeira and Porto Santo. strong>.
We are going to head, in an imaginary way, to the second. And we are going to do it on the back of a wonderful equine, possibly the best possible companion when investigating the most hidden corners of a place. We want to tell you the story of a horseback route of 60 minutes of ideal duration to awaken the senses of the little ones in the house.
First, because the protagonist is the horse and contact with it helps to generate confidence, gain self-esteem and learn to respect nature. And second, for the fundamental reason why we started this exhibition: to leave you with your mouth open when you discover the dune landscape that extends in the middle of the island. Astonished is the exact word.
We start from our equestrian center, where, first of all, we will give you a helmet for individual use, the corresponding saddle and a horse staff. The only thing, it is advisable that you wear robust sneakers or typical mountain boots, clothing appropriate to the activity, pants not very rigid and, in summer or spring, even protective cream against the sun's rays.
With that we would be ready to prepare our time machine. And without leaving Porto Santo.
