Deal overview
To organize this trekking in Sicily we will take care of everything, starting from transport by minibus to the return.
Once all the participants in this trekking have boarded the minibus of the naturalistic guide, who will accompany you throughout the entire journey.
With this trekking we will climb up to the slopes of the Etna volcano through an easy route suitable for everyone aged 4 and above.
Before starting the walk we will make a quick stop in a mountain chalet, during which the guide will be happy to answer all your curiosities and then begin our 4 kilometer trek between the sartorius and the lava flow caves, which you can visit with the help of a torch and a safety helmet.
During the trekking the expert naturalistic guide will be ready and prepared to tell you about the geology and history of this incredible volcanic territory.
After the journey to reach the peaks of Mount Etna we will stop to enjoy a packed lunch or a delicious lunch in a chalet on the mountain, and after a well-deserved break we will be ready to leave again on board our minibus .
In the afternoon, after getting back on board, we will pass through the picturesque village of Castiglione to reach the famous Alcantara gorges and take a bath in the crystal clear waters of the valley.
Don't forget to bring with you a pair of slippers, a bag, a bottle of water and your swimsuit for a dip in the Alcantara!
