We will take a hiking route through the Sierra Norte of Madrid. It is an easy level excursion, accessible to everyone. It will take us about 4 hours.
Afterwards, we will go to a wine pairing workshop, tasting 4 different wines.
And to eat, a very complete menu, which includes:

- Foie with mushrooms.
