Deal overview
The first exercises will be preparatory exercises on the ground and then, little by little, other exercises will take place that will test your balance. At a later stage we will move to the Sky frame: a structure that can reach 9 meters in height.
There are many exercises that you will carry out: from the balance beams, to the suspended trapeze, you will try the climbing walls and finally the swings and the zip-line which reaches a height of 10 metres.
Each participant will decide which exercises to perform based on their abilities and preferences. Don't worry if this is your first experience, there will always be an instructor to accompany you and always willing to help you.

What does the activity include

The facility is open from 10.30am until sunset. The time of the activity must be agreed directly with the structure.
