Anyone can participate in this type of activity, the important thing is that they meet two requirements: have a minimum height of 150cm and a weight that does not exceed 100kg. Don't worry if it's your first experience: before starting, you will take part in an initial briefing in which our instructors will explain to you what the routes consist of and what behaviors to maintain during the activity in order to be able to carry out everything in complete safety.
It is very important that you carry out the activities with comfortable clothing and wear sneakers, moreover it is essential to use gloves that you can bring from home or purchase from the ticket office.
