Indeed, the helicopter used in this adventure is the Robinson R44, a device with a capacity of 3 passengers in addition to the pilot. The latter is known for its ability to reach a distance of up to 640 km, with a maximum speed of 210 km per hour. A high-performance and very comfortable helicopter, which you will enjoy for 30 minutes.
Departure takes place at Frontenas, at Villefranche Aerodrome, 40 minutes from Cublize and Lyon . Once you arrive at the time previously indicated to you by your pilot, he will be there to welcome you, introduce you to the aerodrome, the helicopter, the circuit, as well as the essential safety instructions . Once the briefing is completed, you will be ready to sit on board the aircraft, so that the pilot can proceed with takeoff.
Once in the air and in addition to the greenery and splendor of the vines and hillsides of Beaujolais which you will be able to see and contemplate, you will also fly over the fabulous Lac des Sapins strong>. It is an artificial lake 60 km from Frontenas, with emerald waters, which you will admire from the sky.
