Teambuilding The Great Search in Lozoya

If you are considering an activity that provides benefits on a human level in your company, we propose The Great Search, in Lozoya. You will participate in a challenge that combines leisure with sport in which you compete in teams. The objective will be to find the hidden treasure. It will be a proper team building session.

We will form groups of 10 members who will have to cooperate to locate the control points indicated on the map that will be given to them. At the same time they will face tests that will give them clues to locate the treasure.

We will immerse you in a themed adventure through the figure of our instructors who will be dressed as pirates.

With this approach, we seek to work on the relationships between the different members of the team, having a positive impact on values such as camaraderie and learning the benefits of correct organization, collaboration and the ability to recognize and act as a leader, always while having fun.

When we have reached the middle of the team building activity, you will refill yourself with isotonic drinks, energy food in gel or bars, etc.

There is the possibility that the client himself will provide us with the prize for the winner, which we will add to the treasure.

The only physical condition for participation is not suffering from health problems, great abilities are not necessary. Thus, within the same team, collaboration between people of different ages and conditions is encouraged.

The activity can be done in any season of the year, so the tests will be adapted to the weather. They may be: canoeing, regular or giant paddle surf boards, adventure park, building rafts, skitandem, aim tests with bow, minefield... Discover everything we can do for you!
