Deal overview
We will begin by visiting the maguey fields where locals will be waiting for us to walk among these giant plants and give us the explanation of their scraping. While we listen to the guides, they will give us a taste of natural pulque and the drink known as aguamiel, a couple of fermented drinks. We suggest taking it little by little, if you don't want to get dizzy in this first part of the tour.
Within these explanations they will also teach us its preservation and revaluation, since it is a Mexican product that is sold in different cities in the country. To change the flavor after tasting the fermented drinks, we will visit a traditional kitchen where excellent cooks will prepare exquisite Tlaxcaltecan dishes made with ingredients such as cornfields, maguey and mushrooms. .
Once sunset is taking place, we will enter the forest within the Firefly Sanctuary where they will tell us some stories and legends while little by little these insects illuminate our path with their wonderful natural flash . Enjoy this night tour that will allow you to feel magic around you.
