Historical tour of Tlaxcala with tastings 4 hours

You cannot miss this tour on your visit to Tlaxcala, we will take you to see the historical corners, its architecture and main squares. It will be a half-day experience in the company of a certified guide who will tell you the most important information about this city and the state. You will also have the opportunity to taste typical sweets.

We will begin by taking an interpretive walk through the streets of the main square of Tlaxcala, admiring its churches, including the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption which was built in the 16th century in which you will appreciate some Mudejar style touches. We will also visit theOpen Chapelwhich is considered one of the first temples built in America.

As you have surely been told, Tlaxcala is a bullfighting state and that is why we will take you to see the Jorge Aguilar "el Ranchero" Bullring. Here you can admire the beauty of its construction and you should also know that it is one of the oldest and that it is still in operation. At the end of this visit we will go to the main painting again.

We will walk through Plaza Xicohtencatl and Plaza de la Constitución, the latter will be where we will find monuments dedicated to historical figures of the country, including Benito Juárez. We will continue walking towards the Government Palace where we will observe its red brick façade and inside the murals of Master Desiderio Hernández Xochitiotzin.

The last stage of the tour through the capital of Tlaxcala will be theCrafts Museumand the INAH Museum where we will soak up all the culture and history of the state. Finally, we remind you that you will have food and tasting of typical sweets included.
