Deal overview
Get ready for a trip full of culture and history, traveling from Cancún to Yucatán to see the ancient Mayan Empire known as Chichen Itzá. The duration of this tour will be around 10 hours where you will also be able to visit a cenote and a colonial visit to Valladolid.
We will arrive for you at the scheduled time at the hotel that you indicated when making your reservation. Once in the vehicle, we will begin the tour. This tour will be guided by one of our best instructors who will entertain you, provide information and ensure that you have an unforgettable walk rich in culture. We recommend you bring a swimsuit, since the first stop will be at the underground cenote, where we will dive and enjoy its refreshing waters.
Finishing this fun dip, we will head to Chichen Itzá. Arriving there, the certified guide will take us into the history of this energetic site. It is located in the municipality of Tinum, in Yucatán. The remains that you will find in this ancient city are known to have lain there from the year 800 to 1100 AD. So the story that the guide will give us will be very interesting.
Here you can take photos and admire the Kukulkán Temple where the god with the same name was worshiped. Try to decipher the signs and symbols on its walls and listen carefully to what is said about its decoration. Walk around the fields where they played and be surprised by the rules of their sports. At the end of the tour, you will have free time to continue exploring the archaeological zone.
To finish, we will take you to a restaurant so you can enjoy a buffet meal with local dishes of which you will find: rice, fish or meat, so you can choose what you want most. Afterwards, we will board the vehicles to return to Cancun and drop them off at their respective accommodations.
