We recommend starting this walk between 1 and 2 in the afternoon, since as we mentioned before, the ruins of Cobá are best enjoyed at sunset. We will arrive at an underground cenote, which will be the first stop and where we can dive and explore its turquoise waters, don't forget to bring a swimsuit. Because it is a private tour, you can choose the cenote to visit, we suggest Multun Hawhich is a young cenote with a cave that is almost intact. The second option is Tankach Ha, which is a semi-open cenote and its depth ranges from 13 to 115 feet.
After having freshened up, we will go to a restaurant near the ruins to eat at a buffet bar, with a wide variety of regional dishes to choose from and the right to a soft drink. At the end, we will head to Cobá, we will visit the pyramid of Nohoch Mul which has 120 steps and a height that exceeds 40 meters. It will be the perfect place to admire the sunset and this play of colors on the hidden lagoons that will be reflected in its mirrors.
At nightfall, we will head to the vans to take them back to their hotels while we share what each one's experience was like.
