When you reach the dunes, they will leave you with your mouth open since their white color will make you fall in love. You will want to take a thousand photographs with them in the background since the landscape will be amazing. These formations are part of the protected area called Cuatro Ciénegas.
The color of the sand along with the blue of the sky will cause an optical effect that you will not be able to stop admiring. The white tone of the dunes is due to the mineral gypsum that is formed with calcium sulfate. We will also visit sulfur pits with green and turquoise tones. To continue with this visit, we will visit the impressive Marble Mines.
Dare to get out of the routine and discover magnificent corners that you probably didn't know existed. Mexico is rich in natural gems and landscapes that will make you fall in love with the country even more.
