AAngel Manuel Hernandez ValvoaReviewed the 04/01/19
Review translated from Spanish. Show original
It started very interesting but it was diluted in pure and hard history about the kings. He missed some visit and the young people ended up bored.Company's response:
Good morning Angel Manuel, thank you for your opinion.
I wanted to tell you that this tour does not include entering any place because what is in the area is National Heritage (Royal Palace, Incarnation and Discalced) so you have to arrange the visit with them, that yes or yes, you must be guided by them, increasing the price of the route and time. Nor can enter the Palace of the Duke of Uceda, or the Old Town Hall, or the House of Cisneros, because the institutions that manage it do not allow it. And to enter the Tower of the Lujanes, you must arrange the visit with them and their schedules. There you can only enter the Church of San Nicolás, as long as it is open, since it belongs to the Italian Consulate.
Regarding the "diluting in history", I should have misinterpreted you, the idea is to adapt as much as possible to the clients and it gave me the sensation that you would prefer something more serious and historical and less anecdotal.
I try to combine real and legendary stories, with curious and anecdotal things, as well as with usages and customs. Of all this, I'm putting more or less, according to see or demand the attendees.
Anyway, it was a pleasure to have been your guide, A greeting for the Canary Islands and Alicante.
Almudena.

Very professional and with great knowledge. You can tell he likes what he does. As an area of improvement, go a little slower in the explanations, since sometimes it costs to follow it. -

We have loved the experience, the Madrid of the Austrians has a lot to talk about.
Almudena tells it in a very pleasant way so that we learn about all the machinations of that time and knows what he is talking about.
Anything you ask is very well documented.
I recommend seeing this route with Almudena 100%. -
