With this guided tour, our aim is to take you on a tour of classical mythology, through various sources that we will find in the gardens of Aranjuez.
The palace is an emblematic place in Madrid, Felipe II ordered the architect Juan de Herrera to build it, along with other buildings such as the Escorial monastery. The garden, on the other hand, dates back to the time of Ferdinand VII.
In each of them we will find the keys to knowing a different myth, since its gardens are full of mythological works such as Ovid's Metamorphosis and other characters from Greek mythology such as Bacchus, Diana, Apollo, Hecules or Poseidon.
